LoHi SteakBar to Close for Renovations

After a seven year run, the owners of the small but bustling LoHi SteakBar, have decided the neighborhood destination was due for facelift, and so will close the space for three weeks beginning Monday, June 26. Following the closure, guests can anticipate a fresh look and feel. The overhaul of the corner location at 3200 Tejon Street will include new furniture, lighting, wall coverings, ceiling treatments, floors and exterior signage.

Keeping it Fresh: LoHi Steakbar Getting a New Look After Eight Years

One of LoHi’s neighborhood hangouts is getting a facelift aimed at keeping its loyal customers from looking for the next-best thing.

LoHi Steakbar, located on the northeast corner of West 32nd Avenue and Tejon Street, will close its doors at 8 p.m. Sunday to undergo top-to-bottom renovations, including new floors, ceilings, upholstery, tabletops and fixtures. The staff will get new uniforms, too.

LoHi SteakBar Reopens With New Food & Cocktail Menus

LoHi SteakBar, a popular spot for mingling, drinking and steak, reopened after a short week of tweaks. Local restaurant heavyweights (and lifelong friends) Joe Pettenger (Osteria Marco) and Taylor Drew (Russell’s Smokehouse and Mizuna) left their posts at Frank Bonanno’s Larimer Square restaurants to partner with Larimer Associates honchos Jeff Hermanson, Joe Vostrejs and Rod Wagner on the revamp.
