Bromley Nights – A Seed-to-Chef Cocktail Party

LoHi SteakBar Partners Taylor Drew and Joe Pettenger have opened Forever West Farms.  Located right here in Colorado just North of Denver, the farm is producing sustainably-grown heritage grain and organic vegetables.

Join us for their first big event – a unique cocktail party at Bromley Farms Local Foods Campus in Brighton. Hosted by Forever West Farms, we will be pairing local farmers with five talented chefs, to create delicious bites that are truly “farm fresh.” We will also treat you to cocktails and beers from local mixologists and brewers.

Guests will have the opportunity to mingle with some of Denver’s best chefs, side-by-side with small farmers, as they sample food prepared fresh in their kitchens and grown on their farms.
Local brewer Bruz Beers and Breckenridge Brewery, winery Jack Rabbit Hill, and distiller Family Jones, will be onsite tasting their stellar line of products.

This event will benefit Veterans to Farmers—a great local nonprofit that trains our servicemen and women “in agricultural systems, technologies, and business operations for a fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle.” 

Tickets are $75 per person.
